PROPERTY INSPECTION:  Thursday, Feb. 26 & Thursday, March 12 11:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M. and 2 hours prior to sale. You may preview other days by appointment.

TERMS OF SALE: 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the final selling price of the property. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% earnest money down on sale day with the balance due on or before 30 days at closing. The earnest money is non-refundable.

Closing must occur on or before 30 days following the auction  unless extended in writing by mutual consent of the parties. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to schedule the closing. Failure to schedule the closing does not relieve the purchaser of obligation to close or forfiet earnest money.
