TERMS OF SALE: 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the final selling price of the property. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% earnest money down on sale day with the balance due on or before 30 days at closing. The earnest money is non-refundable.

CLOSING:  Closing Attorney will be determined by the Purchaser. Closing must occur on or before 30 days following the auction unless extended in writing by mutual consent of the parties.
