1. REGISTRATION DEPOSIT : In order to qualify our bidders a credit card is required for registration. Please make sure your registration address matches the billing address for your credit card. If you place a bid in the auction, our merchant service will validate your credit card by placing a $1 hold. This is a hold only and will removed when the auction ends.

2. UPDATE BIDDER PROFILE: If you have previously registered and need to update your bidder profile with new address or credit card go to “Register to Bid” and at the top of the page click “Update Bidder Profile”.

3. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price.

4. ONSITE INSPECTION DATES: Sunday, August 11 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 15 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

5. BIDDING DEADLINE: Friday, August 16 at 11:00 A.M. – NOTE: We use a Dynamic closing. If the item receives a bid within 3 minutes of closing, the item will be extended for 3 more minutes and will remain open as long as bidders are placing bids in 3 minute intervals.

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT : Credit card on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

7. BIDDING: All bids must be submitted using the online bidding system. Buyer is responsible to confirm their bids for accuracy. Selecting the Review Bids function at any time may do this. Bidders will receive outbid notifications via email up until midnight before the day the auction closes, after which time you must log in to the bidding site to confirm your bids. Auctioneer is providing Internet bidding as a service to Buyer using a 3rd Party Bidding System. Under no circumstances shall Buyer hold Auctioneer liable for system failures resulting in Buyer’s bid not being properly submitted. This auction uses staggered closing times and dynamic closing. This means that bids received in the final minutes before an items scheduled close time will extend the bidding an additional 3 minutes. Auctioneer reserves the right to adjust extend or shorten closing times.

8. REPRESENTATIONS: All items are being sold AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY. Auctioneer makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold. It is Buyers’ full responsibility to inspect items being sold and determine if they are right for buyer’s intended use. Descriptions and photos are offered as a guide only. AS ALWAYS, PERSONAL ONSITE INSPECTION RECOMMENDED.

9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: A successful bid at auction, whether live or online, constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.

10. PURCHASE REMOVAL: Within 3 days of auction closing – By appointment.

11. FAILURE TO REMOVE PURCHASES: In the event items are not removed in the time frames allotted, the items purchased shall be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title or interest Buyer may have acquired and the items shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer.
